E – Reset All UOM Settings: Reverts all customized report display units to their original configuration.

Report Name

Item’s names are displayed on all reports, by default, as the name that is set within the item database. From within the Report Display Setup screen, follow the following steps to adjust the name of any item.

  1. Identify the Item to customize
  2. Select within the “Report Name” cell
  3. Enter the new Display Name within the box
  4. Press Enter or select the Check Box

Important Note:

Customized names must all be unique, are on a per-client basis, and are only adjusted within variance reports.

Hiding Items

Items can be hidden from the Variance and Purchase reports if needed. Hiding or removing an item is as simple as selecting the toggle switch next to the item to remove.

Important Note:

Hiding an item will change calculations within the reports as the item is eliminated from the display and any related calculation.

Reset UOM

The default unit of measure displayed on reports can be customized to display by specific item size, package size, or other units of measure. For more information on how to customize this display, check out Customizing Reports.

Report logic for default Unit of Measure display is as follows:

  • PURCHASED item size (individual size, not case/package), THEN;
  • INVENTORIED item size, THEN;
  • Use one of the item sizes under the brand

Resetting your UOM Settings, will remove any customized display uom settings that have been configured, and force the system to follow the default logic outlined above.

Important Note:

A warning is in place for this feature as if you complete this action unintentionally, you will lose any customization you’ve configured and will need to re-do this yourself.
