All Client Configurations are managed through SETTINGS within the left-hand navigation.

Sync Notification

Use this tool to receive an email notification when a user submits inventory count and weight data to the cloud. Enter an email address to receive an alert that a sync has occurred.

Users can input a single email address or multiple addresses. If multiple addresses are used, separate by only a “,”.

Notes:

• Always check SPAM for missing messages
• Alerts may take up to 5 minutes from Sync to Email Received
• Notifications are provided per client, per device, per sync

Login Tracker

A user with the appropriate level of access can use the login tracker to review the last access times of a specific login that has access to the client & cloud.

Simply select the duration, enter the email to review, and select “GO”.

Important Note:

A user can only track logins related to the cloud specific to the client. An error of Invalid or Accessed Denied will return in any other situation.
