Overview

The following is how a user will add a Pour Size in the online inventory system. A Pour Size can be used to standardize pours within drink recipes and alleviate a user from needing to type in a fixed amount per mix.

Dashboard > Sales & Drink Mixes > Pour Size Setup

PRO TIP:

Users set up pour sizes such as Standard Shot – 1.5oz for Liquor, or different wine pours such as Tasting – 1oz, Standard Pour – 6oz for wines. 

Add Pour Size

Navigate to Pour Size Setup under Purchases. Click the Add Pour Size on the right side of the screen

Fill out the pop-up box that appears. Once the Pour Size Box has been filled completely, click the green Save button

Note:

Make sure the Unit of Measure is correct in the What is the size of the pour? section

Edit Pour Size

To edit a pour size, click on the blue edit button that corresponds with the item you wish you edit.

Fill out the pop-up box that appears and click the green Save button.

Note: 

If you are using this Pour Size you will only be able to change the size of the pour and the unit of measure

Delete Pour Size

Navigate to the Pour Size Setup under the Sales & Drink Mixes. Select the Pour Sizes you wish to delete by checking the corresponding boxes.

Click the Delete Selected Pour Size button on the right side of the screen
