Troubleshooting

Missing First Digit

The first digit being missed or dropped by Netum scanners is a known defect impacting “A small few of a specific batch of scanners” according to the Netum company.

They provided the following solution:

1. Download this document
2. Scan all 3 barcodes, in order, slowly

This has resolved the issue each time its experienced.
