Overview

The InteliPar Wizard is a step-by-step configuration of the InteliPar ordering platform for general liquor rules. The Wizard lets a user set the guidelines for each client and then the software will automatically assign pre-set rules based on your guidelines. You won’t need to spend any time assigning the correct rule to each brand. And, in addition, it will automatically re-assign rules to each brand if the usage of that brand changes. In short, using the inteliPar Wizard helps you set up and assign rules to each brand automatically

Returning to iPar 1.0

If at any point a user does not like the outcome of the InteliPar Wizard setup and configuration, you can always revert to the previous setting. To do this, navigate to the Finalize tab, and do the following.

Tips

DEFAULT USAGE:

When using the setup wizard, it seems to default to using the Highest instead of Average for not only the High Volume rules but all levels.

ORDER IN CASES vs. BOTTLES:

If you have the option in Step 3 set to order in cases vs single bottles the default settings in the actual iPar Report do not show the UOM for ordering. Add that column in before issuing or else severe under-ordering may occur.
