Formatting Issues

When generating and saving an Intelipar report, the export report is not formatted correctly as it appears all rows and/or columns have un-formatted data and the report header is missing or color may be missing from the report.

To remedy this, simply clear your browser’s cache via the shortlist of steps below though ensure you are referencing the cache clearing steps for the browser you are using.

Google Chrome Cache Clearing

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. On your browser toolbar, click the Chrome menu (three-bar icon to the far right).
  3. Click More tools > Clear browsing data.
  4. In the box that appears, click the checkboxes for “Cookies and other site and plug-in data” and “Cached images and files.”

Mozilla Firefox Cache Clearing

  1. From the History menu, select Clear Recent History.
  2. From the Time range to clear: drop-down menu, select the desired range; to clear your entire cache, select Everything.
  3. Next to “Details”, click the down arrow to choose which elements of the history to clear; to clear your entire cache, select all items.

Once this is completed, regenerate the desired report and save it to excel as usual.
