App Versions

• PRODUCTION – Live in the Apple and Google stores for download. This is considered the most stable version of the application and is available to self and shared clients.
• BETA –  Accessible via direct-link download, this version contains the latest changes/enhancements & solutions, but requires additional field testing. Issues MAY occur, but you can always use Production simultaneously.
• PRE–BETA – Accessible via the BETA link, but an additional step is required as you must register with your email address first to receive this version. It will replace BETA on your phone and is a Sandbox. Leveraging this version of the app is suggested only for testing purposes or for champions of the system. A user should always have a backup device available to complete an audit.

Production

“Production” is the field-verified version of the Sculpture Application. Production updates and releases tend to occur quarterly.

The production applications are accessible by anyone with access to the Android and Apple app stores. Usability requires an email that is registered with Sculpture Hospitality. Users can simply search “Sculpture Hospitality” and our app will appear. If that does not work, use the links below.

“BETA” is a pre-release version of the application that has been verified as working internally. BETA updates and releases may occur at varying timeframes.

The BETA applications are accessible by anyone using the links below. These versions are not accessible via search in any of the app stores, and do not require any special access to be provided.

**NOTE: Apple BETA will require the use of “TestFlight”. This is a requirement by Apple to control the use and distribution of test versions of applications via the Apple App Store.

Who should use the Production App?

Clients, risk-adverse users, or new users to the system.

Who should use the BETA App?

Anyone who understands that the app version they are using has been tested in a “lab environment” and its functionality has been verified to be working. But, knows that there are possibilities that something might not work as intended.

** We have safeguards in place such as the inventory export tool to insure data can still be transmitted to the online platform

Do I need special access for the BETA App?

Nope, as long as your email is a valid, registered email with Sculpture Hospitality, your login will work.

Do BETA and Production work with the online system the same?

They do! Both versions of the application, for both Android and iOS, work seamlessly with both the beverage AND food sides of the system.
