Overview

Within the Item Setup, there is a tool that is designed to assist a user in identifying specific data regarding a brand, by UPC, across their entire client database.

It is located within the ITEM SETUP of your client, and you must expand the Brand to reveal the UPCs, to which a Magnifying glass is revealed.

Indicators

  • G” means the item is in the general database.
  • C” means the item is in a Client Database (this is for when a Select / Choice client is attached to your main cloud, and they can build things, but you must absorb them into your General cloud with the MERGE features).

Uses

  • Track down Full Counts, Weights, Purchases by Client / Period of a particular UPC
  • Track down Drink Mix Recipes & Batch Mixes that a UPC is included within by Client / Period

Though this feature currently only DISPLAYS data, we are exploring the option to have it contain a remove / replace/edit feature directly from within this tool. We do not have a timeline for this.
