Location
All Client Configurations are managed through SETTINGS > CLIENT which is currently accessible on the BETA system.
Stock Efficiency Configuration
Within the Inventory Tab of the Analytics dashboard exists the Stock Efficiency Analysis report as a single graphic, and there is a deep dive to a more detailed report. More on the Stock Efficiency Report Here.
The default configuration is as displayed above, with the ability to edit the days, not audit periods, that the system will review data for, as well as the slow-moving stock percentages.
Audit Period Configuration
Most reports in the Analytics dashboard are reliant on audit periods, where other reports are based on a timeframe set in days. Any changes in configuration to this screen can drastically affect reports.
A user can configure settings for all available audit periods for the client.
Use all Data : Default setting, data for the entire period is utilized for the report.
Use all Data Excluding Usage & Missing : For clients focusing on Sales & Purchase data, where variances are less prevelant. Only Sales & Purchase information will be utilized.
Do not use any Data : Audit period will be excluded entirely from reports.
