The Default Template is the generic template that has been in place if a user is currently using this feature. “Default” is the template that was initially set up. Every new template following this feature will appear in this drop-down.

Template Spacing Issues

Some have reported the sent batch report email body is received with additional spacing resulting in an odd display to the recipient. If you see this issue…

 1. Edit the problem template.
 2. Remove all problem spacing.
 3. Add the spacing back in but do so by holding SHIFT + ENTER (do not just click enter).
 4. Save the revisions and send yourself a Batch Report using this edited template for review.

Feedback Desired: We suspect this is unique to the Google Chrome browser, therefore, would like to hear from anyone experiencing spacing issues, when using anything other than Google Chrome.

Technical Background: Whenever you use the Enter key, you will see a
signifying the end of a paragraph and then a
at the start of the new. Using Shift-Enter will give you a
, which means break.
