Overview

The Bin No is a client-specific code that is tied to an item’s location within the venue. Although this is the intended purpose, the Bin No can be utilized for a number of other identification purposes.

Dashboard > Inventory > Bin No Setup

Bin No Setup

Under the Inventory tab, you click on the “Bin No. Setup” tab, and the list is brought up immediately. These are to be used so that you can know where a specific item is located in a specific location

You can change these numbers by simply typing the code into the proper slot. The system will save these codes automatically

For a bulk import, you can utilize the invoice importer to mass assign the Bin No’s to specific UPC/Barcodes.
