What devices will this Android application work on? Android compatibility can be difficult, but we suggest a device that supports the latest version of Android OS and has more than 2 GB of RAM.

Does this application work offline? Yes, it does! But, you must have an internet connection to reset your walking order and send your inventory data to the cloud.

On install, I am prompted to allow different accesses & permissions, what is that? Android security may vary, but since our application leverages local storage, Bluetooth connections for equipment, and the internet to send and receive data, we are required to ask for your permission to access these capabilities on your phone. Denying access will result in application errors, such as:

• Inability to access Internet: In Network Settings, make sure this app has the right to access the internet on both Wifi & Cellular.
• Storage Issues: In App Settings, check permissions for anything related to storage.
• Bluetooth: In App Settings, verify that Bluetooth connectivity is allowed or “Nearby devices”.
