F.A.Q.

Is this an App? Yes & No, it is a web application. It requires an internet connection to initially load, it does not install on a specific operating system/device type, and it currently does not have the ability to access hardware features at the speeds we require.

Is this iOS or Android? It is both, and more. It works on any web device, including but not limited to Microsoft, MacOS, iOS, Android, Linux, ChromeOS, to name a few. If the device has an internet connection and a browser, it should work.

Are there any browsers to avoid? Device proprietary browsers like Silk (Amazon Fire) can present issues, but this tool works on all standard browsers (Chrome/FireFox/Edge/Opera/Safari).

Does this system work offline? – Yes, when you download your client, the database is written to the local device, allowing you to work in coolers or basements where wifi may be hard to connect to.

Can I use a scanner and scale? – Equipment integrations are currently unavailable as this is a browser-based system, although a camera scanner feature is available for use.
