Overview
The following is a guide for using our App Submission Logs section in the online inventory system.
Dashboard > Inventory > App Submission Log
App Submission Logs
The App Submission Logs button is found under the Inventory tab in the platform.
Once there you will see the list of app syncs (send to cloud) for the current period from any inventory device.
You will notice it lists the following:
- Sync Date
- Device Used
- Time Sent to Cloud
- Approval Time (EST)
Views & Filters
If you click on the Device Name or Status, you will be able to look at all the counts and weights that were done on that device during that audit
You can also filter by Station:
by Section:
by Shelf:
or by Class:
Resetting
In this area, you can also Reset your counts and weights from the current period’s audit. To do this, you will need to click on the Reset all Counts and Weights button.
After you have clicked this button, they will appear on the Dashboard to be re-downloaded
Note:
You need to be VERY careful if you do this. This will remove ALL counts and weights from this period, but it will only make the ones in the iDevices able to re-download. Any Full Count or Weight that you entered in the Platform will need to be re-entered manually.
