Flags & Indicators
Flags & Indicators let you manually mark key items in a period that need follow-up or review. These visual cues act as simple reminders, helping you stay organized and in control.
Just like our missing cost alerts, these flags appear on the main screen and guide your attention exactly where it’s needed. Designed to be clear and consistent, they become a trusted part of your workflow, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
Overview
See the definitions below for the Flags & Indicators functionality.
Flag Indicator
The red flag indicates that someone has turned on the flag for the various features where they exist.
Flag Trigger
Selecting this triggers the flag, and allows a user to write an optional note. It also allows the user to clear and existing flag.
Brand & Size Level Flags
This indicator, a red flag, exists at the Brand and Size/upc level. If the Size is flagged, it turns on the Brand Level Flag. If the flag is turned on at the brand level, it does not trigger a flag for the size level.
Dashboard Alert
On the dashboard, when a flag is present, a red bar will appear. Selecting “See Flags” will display all active flags that need to be resolved.
